Hi everyone. You may have received an email from our clinic to sign up for myhealthkey, a personal heath record (PHR) web application to allow patients of our clinic to view their personal health information, track their health over time, and book, view, and adjust upcoming appointments with us.

It is a great possibly for better health management, but unfortunately, the invitation out was premature and our clinic is not ready for its implementation. If you have noticed this email and are wondering about it, feel free to go to the links on this page to check out myhealthkey.

Please have a look but do not reply to the email. Once we are ready to start with its use, we will send another email out in the future to invite active patients to sign up and to register for myhealthkey.
