To everyone coming in and browsing the site, Happy Holidays and we hope you have a great holiday season with your family and a fantastic 2025!

We are in our last week of 2024, as we will be closed 20 December 2024 until 06 January 2025, when we will be back to help. We will be unable to answer phone calls during this time so please do not leave a message on our phone if there is an urgent medical issue. Please call 811 for any concerns or 911 and/or go to your nearest hospital emergency to obtain more medical care.

As an additional note, we have suspended the myhealthkey and will be changing our system in the New Year. There likely will be growing pains so please be patient as we adjust and adapt.
